INGREDIENTS
3 C green juice
½ cucumber, roughly chopped
¼ – ½ red pepper, roughly chopped
1 celery stalk, roughly chopped
1-2 C sunflower and/or buckwheat sprouts
¼ – ½ avocado
METHOD
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Season to taste with tamari, dulse or kelp granules and serve immediately.
Optional add-ins: asparagus, any other sprouts, spinach, kale, onion, parsley, dill, coriander, basil, garlic, fresh ginger and cayenne pepper.
