INGREDIENTS
10 medium potatoes, peeled and cooked
1 C peas, fresh or frozen
1 C vegan cream cheese
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
METHOD
Cut the potatoes into medium chunks about 2cm squared and toss all other ingredients together in a bowl and serve warm or chilled.
Stores for up to 4 days in the fridge in a sealed glass container.
