INGREDIENTS
1 C cooked or sprouted mung beans
juice of one lemon
1/3 C tahini
1 garlic clove
½ t cayenne pepper
rock salt to taste
¼ C almond milk
METHOD
Blend all the ingredients together except the almond milk. Add the almond milk slowly at the end. Serve with grain free crackers or crudités.
Makes 1 cup. Lasts 4 days in the fridge.
